                                                           Bloody Dictators
In the novel, Lord of the flies, by William Golding; there is a group of boys stranded in a island without any adults. There is one boy named jack is the leader of a choir group, and loves to hunt. Jack and Adolf Hitler were dictators. Jack and Hitler used their power to manipulate people, used violence on people to get what they wanted, and they took citizens' resources.
Jack and Hitler were manipulators they both controlled people. Golding writes,(1) " I gave you food, and if there is a beast it is my hunters that will protect you" this means that jack is trying to control them by saying that he will protect them. In shmoop they state that(2) " Hitler goes to Austria and tells them to join together to form a greater Germany". Hitler brainwashed them to join together so Hitler could gain power. Jack and Hitler both offer benefits to manipulate people into following them.
Both Hitler and Jack both used violence to get what they wanted. Golding writes,(1)"There were no words and no movement but the tearing of teeth and Claws". This quote was chosen to refer to show how Simons body react to the beating he took that Jack let happen by referring him to the beast. This quote connects to Hitler and Jack because, In sparknotes they state that (3)" Hitler created concentrate camps specially for Jews, in those camps they were ruled by the Nazi rulers, the Jews worked hard for hours and got starved & get beat if they didn’t do what the Nazis told them what to do". Hitler used the Jews as scape goat as Jack used Simon as scape goat.
Hitler and Jack both took citizens resources. Golding writes,(1)” He was a chief now in the truth; and he made stabbing motions with his spears, from his left hand dangled piggy’s broken glasses”. Jack stole their ability to create fire and get rescued. On History.com, it states, (4)“Hitler would take citizens; rights, money, business, & countries”. They took from their people because they were selfish. They only wanted to gain more power.
Jack and Hitler were dictators because; they both manipulated people, used violence to get what they want, and they took citizens resources. Hitler was really notorious, he wanted to gain power like Jack. He was also corrupt and hard headed like Hitler. This is why they are really similar dictators.

A Childhood memory

One memory that I can’t ever forget was when, someone broke into my house. I remember I was wearing pajamas that my mom just had got me. We were all asleep except my dad. My dad had been working late.. When we were all asleep I heard a loud scream, then I heard another scream. I woke up and I started running to my sister’s room. As oi got into my sisters room I heard punches coming from the kitchen. I was going to run to the kitchen to check on it, my dad heard me running to the kitchen, until he said “call the police, someone broke in!”, then I told my sisters to call the police and then my mom came in with the house phone. When my sister was talking to the operator, the operator said “check if your dads okay.” I wanted to go check until my mom just yelled out “are you okay!”, and my dad said “yes.” As we were waiting for the cops to come. They came within 3 minutes. When they came in they asked for our names. As they left I was walking to the kitchen and I caught a glimpse of the guy who broke in. His eyes were red as if he hasn’t slept. When all the police was gone. I started walking around my house looking for things that the guy left behind. As I was looking I saw a shirt under my carpet & the oven was turned on. I think that I learned a lot from that night, I learned that I should not leave the door open. I also learned that I cannot trust people. For some reason I can’t really forget about this memory because I just remember how frightened I was.

China

I thought china was just a place where you can see a lot of amazing technology & great food. But, now I think of it as a hard place. Because, they have to work really hard for just a bit of money, And the sad thing is that the workers are mostly teens. However, I would still like to visit China,
Because of all the beautiful sights in China. Such as the great wall of China & the stadium where the 2008 Summer Olympics was present.

I think that Prezi does not really reach my personal requirements. Because, I feel like it is to difficult. I think working with Power point was so cool because you can edit a lot and add sound to each slide. I think working with easy bib was really helpful and stress relieving. I probably would of added more pictures and text.
